<p>PISCO CAPEL ESPECIAL (70CL, 35.0% Vol.) Produced with a mixture of partially fermented Muscatel grapes and pisco grape juice (Pedro Jiménez and Torontel), it is aged for 4 months in American oak barrels and rauli wood barrels (a typical plant of Chile). The balance between aroma and taste is sought after. On the palate it is balanced, round and persistent. </p>
