<p>Juice from the oldest working Gin distillery in England. </p><p>Right there on the cobbled streets of the Plymouth harbor lies an old building that is said to have been built in the early <em>1400s</em>. Once supposedly a monastery, the <em>Plymouth Gin Distillery,</em> also known as the <em>Black Friars Distillery,</em> has been in operation since <em>1793</em>, making it the oldest Gin distillery in England. It is there that Master Gin Distiller <em>Sean Harrison</em> crafts delicious Spirits using their <em>200-years-old recipe </em>that is passed down verbally to each new Master Distiller.</p><p>Naturally, he’s <em>tight-lipped about the ratios</em>, but the <em>7 botanicals</em> that go into the grain Spirit are known: Juniper berries bring the pine aromas and bitterness, coriander seeds balance it with citrus aromas and spice, orange & lemon peels for that fruity zestiness, angelica root for its menthol notes, green cardamom for its dryness and sweetness, and orris root to round it all off. A touch sweeter than your London Dry, <em>Plymouth Gin</em> has won <em>countless awards</em> for good reason.</p>
