<p>The 2016 Pommard Croix Blanche contains 30% whole clusters and 30% new French oak. It has a lovely black cherry and bergamot-scented bouquet with fine delineation and neatly stuffed sutured new French oak. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe tannins, good depth in the mouth with hints of iodine and blood orange towards the satisfying finish.
