Cindy was also missing a truly complex and layered yet bold and fresh Gin, you know, the kind that you can easily sip on the rocks, neat, but that can also hold its ground in a juicy cocktail. <em>Enter Poseidon Gin.</em></p><p>Crafted with<em> 12 botanicals</em> from all over the world, including rosemary, cardamom, elderflower, rosehip, grains of paradise, and cubeb berries, the main ingredient in this complex Gin is <em>Wakame seaweed</em> that adornes it with the Spirit of the ocean. But what really sets it apart from a myriad of other craft Gins is its structure: this layered concoction is <em>built like a complex Whiskey</em>. It has a clear start, middle part, and ending. Starting out fresh, the warmer spicer bring earthy vibes while the Wakame seaweed imparts a briny hint of sea salt on the sweet and velvety palate.
