<p>The annual release of the distillery’s limited and experimental spirit series; Project Negroni Definitivo LBD Gin, which is a vermouth cask matured Scottish Gin. Their signature LBD Aberdeenshire Foraged Gin has been aged for 7 months in a sweet vermouth cask to create a unique cask aged Scottish Gin. The original elements of the gin have been given additional layers of complexity and flavour with notes of zesty orange and gentle spices to create an aged Scottish Gin that is intended to be used as part of the classic Negroni cocktail, but can similarly be enjoyed neat over ice.</p>
