<p>Alnè is the fruit of the union of Glera and Chardonnay grapes harvested manually with careful selection during harvesting; the second fermentation is traditionally carried out in an autoclave with a stop on the lees at low temperature for 4 weeks as per the Charmat method, a process that preserves all aromas and gustatory freshness.</p><p>It has a beautiful bright straw yellow color with greenish hues. The nose offers fragrant fruity and floral scents that recall the aromas of green apple, pear, wisteria and acacia. On the palate it is fruity, a glass characterized by high acidity supported by a creamy effervescence.</p><p>Perfect for an aperitif toast, it goes perfectly with marinated raw seafood and sushi.</p>
