The raw material is subjected to careful quality control and, after its maceration, it is distilled with a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.</p><p><p> Of a transparent crystalline colour, it has an intense floral scent dominated by the unmistakable aroma of cherry. A light marzipan flavor stands out.</p>
