<p>Puligny Montrachet, Louis Latour, Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, France, 2023Grape: 100% Chardonnay, 30 year old vines on limestone & scree soils, 45hl/ha yield, hand picked, barrel fermented with malolactic, aged 8-10 months in French oak (15% new)This wine has a pale yellow colour. Its nose is intense and floral, with hints of acacia and honeysuckle. Round on the palate, it reveals notes of apricot, brioche and almond.
