<p>The wine possesses a good combination and balance of floral and fruity aromas, typical of well-ripened grapes from the Loureiro variety. It has an excellent body, a smooth, yet slightly crisp taste, a fruity palate and a persistent length.</p><p>Intense, dominated by the citrus fruits and the floral aromas characteristic of the Loureiro grape variety. Vibrant and balanced with a refreshing acidity that anticipates a good evolution.</p><p>This wine originates in the Lima sub-region, birthplace of the Loureiro grape variety. It seeks the most vibrant expression of the grape variety, demonstrating its potential for producing quality wines and its great capacity for evolution. We produce approximately 62,500 bottles.</p><p>Manual harvest, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decanting of the must for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature 10/15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Aging in contact with lees for about 7 months in a stainless steel vat at controlled temperature.</p><p>Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.</p>
