<p>Quinta do Noval Silval Vintage 2007</p><p>Grapes of Origin:Mainly harvested in Quinta do Noval vineyard but also comes from ‘A-‘ rated vineyards located in the heart of the Douro Valley.</p><p>Wiinemaking Process:All the grapes are trodden by foot to obtain the wine and then, during fermentation, they are pressed again in traditional stone mills.</p><p>Aging Process:It is aged for 18 months in seasoned wooden casks.</p>
