This Arinto wine expresses in this terroir all the characteristic aromatic potential along with a unique creaminess recognized in the white wines of Quinta do Pinto whose winemakers are experienced in choosing the optimal maturation for the rich aroma and distinctive palate. This wine has elegance and fine expression of citrus aromas, particularly lime and orange blossom with a creamy and persistent mouthfeel.Careful management of foliage and canopy to optimize the aromas of Arinto. Manual harvest followed by selection of the best bunches at the entrance of the cellar. After de-stemming and soft crushing, the must is clarified by natural settling in refrigerated vats.
