<p><em>The complete Quorhum !</em></p><p><em>Oliver Juanillo</em> founded a sugarcane and tobacco plantation in Cuba in the 19th century. Quickly thereafter followed a distillery, which operated successfully until 1959, when Cuba was in the midst of the revolution. The founders of <em>Oliver & Oliver</em> fled with their know-how into exile to the <em>Dominican Republic</em>. There they found the conditions to produce high quality Rum to be even better. Oliver & Oliver produce the likes of <em>Puntacana</em>, <em>Tres</em> <em>Hombres</em>, and few other top Rums.</p><p><em>Quorhum 23 Year Old</em> is the middle brother between Quorhum 12 Year Old and Quorhum 30 Year Old. It’s distilled in <em>traditional pot-stills</em> and aged in a solera system for up to 23 years using ex-Bourbon casks. Even though it is a bit younger than its older brother it has all the best qualities that run in the family… For a better price. This one is all about spices and that leathery, cigar sensation.</p>
