<p>We’ve made a Rebellion Gin!In collaboration with Griffiths Brother’s Distillery, we’ve been working hard to produce a gin that celebrates the union of local businesses who value passion, creativity, and dedication to craftmanship.Tasting Note: Classic, well rounded, aromatic with a light hoppy character and complex floral tones in the finish. Strength: 40%. Bottle: 70clIt’s a very drinkable gin that doesn’t need a lot to make a delicious long drink, so please serve it how you like your gin, we’re confident it’ll be fabulous. We’d suggest enjoyed with a slice of grapefruit, lemon or lime and either Mediterranean or premium tonic.Bottles can also be found in our on-site shop, drive-through and Tap Yard or purchased from the online shop.The journey to our gin involved discussions with the Griffiths Brothers to explore what kind of gin we wanted to produce. Our goal was to create a classic, drinkable gin of exceptional quality with an element that links the brewing and distilling worlds together. This element was the addition of hops to the list of classic gin botanicals. After numerous trials with a several varieties, Mosaic was the hop that added the perfect note, complimenting the botanicals and creating a well-rounded, classic gin.Rebellion Gin</p>
