<p>Rest & Be Thankful Lluidas Vale 7 years 2015 (70CL, 46.0% Vol.)Distilled in 2015 in Lluidas Vale (Worthy Park, Jamaica), this rum comes from rapid fermentation (about 30 hours) in American oak tanks, followed by distillation in Forsyth-type ironing stills. The spirit was then aged for 4 years in Jamaica in first fill bourbon barrels before being transferred to Scotland for a further 3 years. The result: a beautiful “light” style molasses rum that is both delicate and complex with Jamaican markers at the rendezvous.</p><p>Aroma: Fresh and fruity. Passion fruit, mango, lime. Palate: Intense and enveloping. Roasted pineapple, raisins. Finish: Long and restful. Vanilla, flambéed bananas. </p>
