<p> RHUM J.M HORS D’AGE MILLESIME 2003 (70CL, 41.8% Vol.)</p><p> Produced in the northern part of the Caribbean island of Martinique, in the Pelée Mountains, whose slopes guarantee the best soil for sugar cane. Vintage 2003, aged for 15 years in American ex-bourbon oak barrels and evaporated at 70%; the remaining rum is delicately bottled “brut de fût” to preserve the aromatic balance of each vintage. On the nose, it opens with notes of fruit such as fig, plum and dried fruit, cocoa beans, flowers and vanilla berries, while the taste is rounded, intense and sensual, for a long finish with aromas of fruits and tobacco leaves white.</p>
