<p> A scent of ripe apricots and sweet yellow dried fruits greets the nose, alongside spicy and floral components of herbs like thyme and mint. On the palate, the Kirchspiel is opulent and dense, without being overbearing. A true powerhouse with plenty of potential.</p><p>Origin This single-vineyard wine grows in the heart of the KIRCHSPIEL vineyard on a limestone marl soil on a slope sloping towards the southeast.</p><p>Expansion After the hand-harvested grapes were separated from the stalks and lightly crushed. A maceration period of approximately 18 hours releases aromas from the skins, and the must is then pressed. Half is aged in wooden barrels, the other half in stainless steel. The must was fermented with wild yeasts.</p>
