<p>Riesling Unterberger Graf von Meran 2022 RIESLING GRAF VINTAGE SELECTION: 2022 CONTENT: 0.75 l WINE: 100% Riesling VINEYARD: Merano – Val Venosta 600 – 750m SOIL: Light, permeable soil of morainic origin AGE OF THE VINES: 12 years AGING: 5 years + ANALYSIS ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.5 g/l RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.5 g/l WINE MAKING Whole bunch pressing. Spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature in small stainless steel wine tanks, without malolactic fermentation. Followed by maturation on the yeasts for approximately 6 months. EVALUATION OF THE ENOLOGIST Greenish yellow colour. Fruity aroma with notes of peach, flint and citrus. The flavor is fresh, sweet, with well-structured acidity and excellent persistence. PAIRING Ideal with seafood, oysters, Asian recipes and appetizers. Serving temperature: 12-14°C</p>
