<p>A rich and flavoursome Shiraz displaying all the hallmarks of the varietal: vibrant red fruits, dark plum and spice with underlying soft tannins.</p><p>Robert Oatley Vineyards is known for its pioneering of the classic (adopted) Australian grape varieties, dewaing upon select growers of excellence across a diverse range of climatic regions.</p><p>Containing some of the higher, cooler vineyard sites in the state, the Central Ranges is an important, recently designated wine-growing zone. It is sometimes better known for the regions it comprises: running north to south along the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range (and in descending order of size): Mudgee, Orange and Cowra. Part of the grapes is sourced from South Australia.</p><p>The Oatley family are pleased to report that 2021 has proved to be a very satisfactory vintage.</p><p>Traditional red wine vinification in stainless steel tanks in order to retain as much fruit flavour profile as possible.</p><p>Great with a variety of meats and cheeses.</p>
