ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL / NO ADDED SULPHITES / FRENCH / PET NAT / SPARKLING / RED WINE

A juicy, wild and slightly fizzy red pét-nat made from the rare Négrette grape. Roc’Ambulle is a playful sparkling red wine that blurs the line between rosé and red, packed with bright fruit, low alcohol, and absolutely no added sulphites. It’s summer in a bottle: a French pétillant naturel that’s organic, unfiltered, and bursting with character.

Origin: Fronton PGI, France

Producer: Domaine Le Roc

Vintage: 2022

Grape varieties: Negrette

Food pairings: Aperitif, or with light snacks

Bottle size: 75cl

ABV: 10.5%

Flavour Profile

Vibrant red cherries, sweet raspberries, and wild strawberries on the nose, with a gentle floral lift and a touch of earthy spice. On the palate, it’s lightly sparkling with a soft mousse and a touch of sweetness, balanced by zippy acidity and a refreshing finish.

About the Winery

Domaine Le Roc is a family-run organic estate based in Fronton, near Toulouse, in southwest France. Known for championing Négrette – the region’s native grape – they work with minimal intervention, native yeasts, and zero added sulphur for their natural sparkling wines. Roc’Ambulle is their cult pét-nat, beloved for its easy-drinking joy and wild energy.

About Sparkling Red Wine

Sparkling red wine is still something of a rarity outside of Lambrusco, and that’s part of its charm. Roc’Ambulle is a pétillant naturel (or pét-nat), meaning it ferments once, in bottle, without added sugar or yeast. The result? A gently fizzy, low-alcohol natural sparkling wine, slightly cloudy and full of personality.

How to Pair It

Chill it down and serve it as an apéritif, or take it to a picnic. It’s delicious with grilled vegetables, spicy noodle salads, or soft cheeses, anything you’d pair with rosé, but want a little more punch. Roc’Ambulle is also the ultimate wine for a sunny afternoon by the pool, with nothing at all.
