Known for championing Négrette – the region’s native grape – they work with minimal intervention, native yeasts, and zero added sulphur for their natural sparkling wines. Roc’Ambulle is their cult pét-nat, beloved for its easy-drinking joy and wild energy.</p><h3>About Sparkling Red Wine</h3><p>Sparkling red wine is still something of a rarity outside of Lambrusco, and that’s part of its charm. Roc’Ambulle is a <em>pétillant naturel</em> (or <em>pét-nat</em>), meaning it ferments once, in bottle, without added sugar or yeast. The result?
