Silky and very fine tannins provide a framework for a pure, fresh, and moreish finish.</p><p>Romuald Valot makes this gamay from old vines parcels in both Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly. He farms his land without chemicals and uses a plow to turn the soil. Whilst his approach to farming might be radical, the wines are anything but.
