<p>Released specially for English Wine Week 2024, a mixed case of three bottles each our acclaimed Rosé Brut and Classic Cuvée.</p><p>Rosé Brut (3 bottles)Deep salmon in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has vibrant notes of strawberry, some blood orange, summer citrus freshness with a little creamy nougat on the nose. The freshness continues into the palate with some lightly bready notes and a little some summer fruit salad. Reminiscent of a summer day with the sun going down, this is the perfect aperitif or paired with with light starter dishes. ABV 12%. -GOLD MEDAL WINNER – IEWA 2023 SILVER MEDAL WINNER – WINEGB WESSEX 2023Classic Cuvée (3 bottles)This new release is made from grapes from the excellent 2019 and 2020 vintages. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by 24 months gaining complexity on lees.
