<p>Cases Produced: 700Cases Available: 700 (Oct 25)Due to land shortly, the new release of our highly successful Rosé Brut.This release is made from the warm but wetter than usual 2023 vintage, from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and having spent over 24 months on lees.</p><p>Pale salmon in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has notes of strawberry, some blood orange, summer citrus freshness with a little creamy nougat on the nose. The freshness continues into the palate with some lightly bready notes and a little some summer fruit salad. Reminiscent of a summer day with the sun going down, this is the perfect aperitif or paired with with light starter dishes. ABV 12%. </p>
