<p>:In the Viribus Unitis project, Andi Sölva and Norbert Kofler of the Kiemberger Estate have created a rosé from Lagrein, Cabernet Franc and Schiava that is truly extraordinary. It overwhelms the nose with intense fruity aromas of strawberries, raspberries and some warming spices that herald the warm and broad palate. Intense for a rosé, with pronounced tannin and extraordinary persistence.Grape variety:Lagrein, Cabernet Franc and Vernatsch – South Tyrol IGTProduction area:Porphyry soils in the Terlan site, limestone gravel in the Kaltern site.Vinification:Fermentation takes place 50% in stainless steel and 50% in wooden barrels.
