<p>SUSTAINABLE</p><p>Barrel-aged Nebbiolo reminiscent of light Beaujolais. A nose of violets and rose flowers. Strawberry and cherry flavours come through, with minerality and a spicy finish with cloves. Tannins and spice dance on the tongue. Medium body that comes together quite nicely – a lighter, delicate and refreshing version of Barbaresco.</p><p>This wine comes from several plots in Valtellina lying at an altitude of 350-400 metres and planted on granite and schist soils. They use environmentally-friendly agriculture and low yields.
