<p>ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN / NATURAL / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>Unique and iconic Alpine Nebbiolo from Northern Italy – this wine ages in terracotta and clay for over a year. The result is an elegant encapsulation of Nebbiolo – with perfumed rose and strawberry aromas, followed by plenty of complexity and structure on the palate. Expect red fruit flavours like cherry and wild strawberry, as well as some liquorice and just a bit of funkiness on the finish. </p><p>Gian Piero farms only one hectare of vines in the rugged, esteemed cru village of Sasella in Valtellina.
