<p>ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN / NO ADDED SULPHITES / NATURAL</p><p>This wine treads the balance nicely between intensity and freshness; it is packed with dark fruits on the nose such as black and red cherry, ripe blackcurrants and juicy berries. On the palate there is a bright acidity (due to the use of stainless steel and exclusion of oxygen in the winemaking process) that lifts the deep fruit flavours. </p><p>Only grapes go into this wine (no added sulfites, selected yeasts, tannins or whatever else imaginable), which come from Salcheto’s “en gobelet” vines of Trequanda.
