<p>When we opened our first <em>Noble Rot</em> restaurant we made it our priority to find house wines at low prices that we’d be happy to drink ourselves, both in the restaurants and at home. They’re not easy to find! Our red, Don Tinto Tempranillo, is a soft and fruity Tempranillo grown organically in La Mancha, and the white, Chin Chin, became a summer 2020 cult classic. It’s a bone-dry, fruity Vinho Verde from northern Portugal with a label design from artist Jose Mendez, who also illustrated the covers of Noble Rot magazines 12 and 13.</p>
