<p>:Plantation Pineapple is a tribute to the famous Reverend Stiggins and his favorite drink, the “pineapple rum”, which he used to drink in Charles Dickens’ Pickwick Papers. This delicious rum was created by Alexandre Gabriel in collaboration with mixing historian David Wondrich, author of the book Imbibe! Among others. Initially it was not intended for sale, but a victim of his own success at Tales of the Cocktail 2014, Alexandre Gabriel was forced to market this incredible and wonderful pineapple rum. After a careful selection of the most suitable fruits for the creation of Plantation Pinepple, the Queen Victoria pineapples are peeled entirely by hand. The rinds are infused for a week in the Plantation 3 Stars and then distilled through Pierre Ferrand’s pot still. Separately, the pulp is macerated in Plantation Original Dark for three months. After that, all that remains is to combine the two blends together and let the blend rest in oak barrels for 3 months. Et voilà, Plantation Pineapple Rum is bottled and ready to be enjoyed.Bottle to: 700 ml – 70 cl – 0,70 lt.Producer: Plantations around are an authentic invitation to travel.
