<p>ORGANIC / NATURAL / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>A zippy, savoury and herbal rose. Very aromatic on the nose, while the palate is structured, bright with hints of strawberry, guava, and blood orange. The tartness takes the lead here, reminding us of kombucha and sour beers. Super juicy and thirst quenching. </p><p>After working at Binner in Alsace for several years, Evan Lewandowski moved back to Utah to start making his own wine.
