<p>The motto of the Cantina San Valentino states: “good wine is born in the vineyard and is completed in the cellar”, and it is precisely on the basis of this that all interventions on the plants are carried out with a single purpose: to create optimal conditions for healthy grapes and of excellent quality. Sangiovese Superiore Riserva “Il Conte di Covignano”, is a wine whose grapes derive from organic farming and whose fermentation is natural in steel with indigenous yeasts, and therefinement takes place in concrete and large wooden barrels and second passage barriques for 16/18 months.</p><p>A drink that has a ruby ​​red color in the glass with purple hues. The sense of smell is intoxicated by the sintense aromas of red fruits which open up to aromatic notes of thyme, floral scents and spicy nuances. An elegant red capable of surprising until the last sip with a persistent finish waiting to be discovered.</p><p>When tasted, it proves to be a glass with good vigor and the presence of velvety tannins.
