Round, fresh, and dark with soft tannins, and a touch of chocolate black cherry with refreshing spearmint in the endnote. You can enjoy this on release with pleasure. The wine is a blend of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, and 3% Cabernet Franc. Drink from 2025-2031″90/100 points, Jeff Leve, The Wine Cellar Insider, May 2023″… Deep garnet-purple in color, it comes barreling out with bold notes of plum preserves, crème de cassis, and blackberry jam, plus hints of dark chocolate and camphor. The medium-bodied palate is bursting with expressive blackberry preserves flavors, supported by lightly chewy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing spicy.” Drink 2026-204087/100 points, The Wine Palate, June 2025Sarget De Gruaud Larose, Saint Julien, Bordeaux, France, 2022</p>
