<p> Alongside the Sauvignon Blanc Terra Rossa, which is now undisputedly one of the best Sauvignons in Germany, the Réserve appears even more concentrated thanks to its extended aging in wooden barrels. The Sauvignon Blanc Réserve is essentially a “golden cut.” In the style of great Burgundy wines, the Réserve is stylishly oaked, yet refined and elegant. Nevertheless, the wine offers plenty of power, yellow fruit notes, smoothness on the palate, and a firm structure and tension.</p><p>Origin These grapes are the most beautiful and best grapes from the most valuable locations and oldest Sauvignon Blanc vineyards.</p><p>Expansion Our Réserve was fermented spontaneously and aged on the full lees for 18 months in new wood (French oak).</p>
