<p>ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN</p><p>Saint-Laurent with a fairly long but gentle maceration, which gives this a more serious and punchy edge. It’s packed full of flavours of blueberry, blackberry and redcurrant, as well as black pepper and baking spices. This is balanced with a nice sourness and the vibrant acidity you’d expect from the grape, as well as a more earthy, leathery finish that comes from the vinification and oak maturation. Saint-Laurent is often compared to Pinot Noir, and if so this wine would be more of a Burgundy-style expression of the grape. </p><p>The Schödl Family is a family-run winery located in the Weinviertel region of Austria, founded in 1998 by siblings Mathias, Viktoria and Leonhard.
