<p>A beautiful, low-intervention white Rioja that ticks all the boxes. It is a bright, clear greenish-yellow in the glass, with a plethora of fruity and floral aromas characterised by tropical fruits, green apple and citrus fruit, complemented by fragrant jasmine and acacia. The palate is broad and well-balanced, with a zesty, saline acidity that underscores the wine’s freshness. </p><p>Señorio de Librares is a small, family run winery from the Rioja region that is the product of several generations of hard-work, with great-great-grandfather Pedro María Espinosa winning the gold medal at the Universal Exposition in Paris in 1878. The new generation at the helm has recently begun embracing a low intervention and environmentally friendly approach to winemaking, practicing sustainable and organic agriculture and using recycled cardboard for the packaging.
