On the nose you find concentrated aromas of wild berries and spices. On the palate, deep blackberry and dark cherry flavours shine through, with a full body and mouth-filling tannins that are well balanced by the medium acidity. It has a great, balsamic-esque, intensity, leaving a lasting impression on the finish. </p><p>Quinta do Olival da Murta, located in the Lisbon region near the Montejunto mountain, has been in the Vivas family for five consecutive generations. The family has a strong commitment to sustainable and organic farming practices, taking advantage of what nature brings each year and using a simple vinification process to reflect the unique microclimate of the mountain.
