The gorgeous bright blue gin achieves it’c colour from extracts of a flower known as blue pea. When mixed with a tonic, the gin magically turns from blue to a lovely shade of pink. Other botanicals include; liquorice, ginger, cinnamon, fresh strawberries and raspberries, vanilla, clove, apple bravo de esmolfe and clitoria ternatea (the blue pea flower).
