<p>Sibona Distillate “Armonia di Langa” vintage 2005 (0.7L, 40.0% Vol.) </p><p><p> Special 70 cl Decanter with wooden case </p></p><p>Denomination : Grape distillate </p><p>Raw material: mainly Moscato grapes. </p><p>Distillation: Totally in-house, in bain-marie copper stills, thanks to the wise experience of our oenologists-master distillers. </p><p>Refinement: for a long period in stainless steel tanks </p><p>Aging: Very long, in oak barrels first of medium and then of small capacity. </p><p>Alcohol content : 40% vol. </p><p>Bottle: Special and prestigious Decanter bottle, with Sibona logo embossed on the glass. </p><p>Case: Elegant and refined wooden box. The bottles are numbered and the year of bottling is indicated (information present on elegant parchment placed inside the box). </p><p>Capacity : 70 cl. </p><p><p>ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS </p><p>Color : Amber. </p><p>Aroma: Fine, elegant, broad. Floral scents, ripe fruit and honey.</p><p>Flavor: Soft, velvety, fine, aromatic with floral and fruity notes.</p><p>Finish : persistent and with notes of oak. </p><p>Pairing: Dried fruit, nuts, almonds, sweets and chocolate (especially dark with a high percentage of cocoa). Also delicious with mature cheeses.</p><p>Tasting Tips: Taste at a temperature of approximately 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or balloon glass with or without stem (cognac type). Exceptional meditation grappa to be enjoyed slowly sip after sip, feeling the warm and unique sensations it can transmit. </p>
