<p>Sibona Grappa di Barolo Tuttogrado (0.5L, 57.5% Vol.)</p><p>Piedmontese Grappa obtained from pomace from grapes suitable for producing Barolo wine, harvested fresh during the harvest and selected Sibona.</p><p> Distilled in copper stills, thanks to the wise experience of our oenologists-master distillers. Aged for a long time in stainless steel tanks. Aged first 1 year and 6 months in medium capacity barrels (Slavonian oak) and then 4 years in small Troncais oak barrels.</p><p> Special and elegant Sibona graduated bottle with side notches indicating the contents and pouring spout.</p><p><p>Aroma: Ample, with pleasant hints of oak.</p><p>Flavor: Impressive, full and velvety, of exceptional harmony. Long, enveloping aftertaste that never ends. Extraordinary meditation grappa.</p><p>Pairing: Dried fruit, nuts, almonds, sweets and chocolate (especially dark with a high percentage of cocoa). Also delicious with mature cheeses.</p><p>Tasting Tips: Taste at a temperature of approximately 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or balloon glass with or without stem (cognac type).</p>
