<p>GF LAGER, 4.2% ABVA Track Brewing x Tom Barnes collab: Knowing the philosophy behind critically acclaimed chef, Tom Barnes’ food, we wanted to source the most local ingredients we could to produce a crisp, refreshing lager. So we took a trip over to our nearest maltsters, @Fawcettmaltofficial and chose a specialty malt aptly named Halcyon, which is only grown at the Fawcetts Farm, we then paired this with a beautiful varietal of UK Cascade. This result is a bright and clean refreshing lager, with light citrus tones and rounded malt body.</p><p>Vol. 44cl</p>
