<p>A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail beverage based on a multi-award-winning profile. </p><p><em>Siegfried Gin </em>was founded by two friends —<em> Raphael Vollmar and Gerald Koenen</em> — set out to remake this classic Spirit to their own vision. They pooled 4,000 Euros to launch their dream. The business grew fast, driven by their<em> passion for the product </em>and <em>dedication to quality </em>until they became the fastest growing German Gin. And they are getting a lot of attention. <em>Diageo </em>added them to their Distill Ventures incubator program in 2020 and they have launched a non-alcoholic version of their flavor profile.</p><p>Technically not a Gin,<em> Siegfried Wonderleaf</em> is born of a simple idea that is very difficult to pull-off. They set out to develop a beverage that delivered the same botanical profile of their <em>multi-award-winning signature Siegfried Gin, </em>but without the alcohol — we’re talking about<em> 0%</em> ABV. That means delivering the nuanced flavors of juniper, linden blossoms, ginger, angelica, and the rest in a cocktail base that has all the flavor without the tipple. <em>Mission accomplished.</em></p><p><u>Smartass Corner:</u><em>Beverages based on Spirits but that have very low or zero alcohol have become very trendy.
