<p><em>The London-distilled Gin.</em></p><p><em>Sikkim</em> distill their Gins with a <em>copper still from 1831</em> and infuse it with <em>red tea</em>, dutch juniper and other flower essences. The red tea comes from the <em>Tibetan region of Sikkim</em>, the part of India where some of the best teas in the World are grown. This least populated state in India borders with Nepal and Tibet, and was a <em>gateway</em> on the tea roads frm China in the past. </p><p><em>Sikkim Bilberry</em> is one of the three Gins in their portfolio. Distilled in <em>England</em> and transported to Spain to infuse with dutch juniper, <em>red tea</em>, flower essences, blackberries, iris, blueberries, coriander, calamus and bitter orange skin. A very intriguing <em>London-distilled </em>Gin.</p>
