<p>MEDIUM CIDER, 5% ABV</p><p>Slowly fermented with wild yeasts, this is a refreshing medium dry cider that has a touch of juicy sweetness here, and a bit of tannin there. The Wild Ferment is an unfiltered, easygoing cider.</p><p>Silly Moo make their ciders in Sussex, where either swap apples with their neighbours for bottles of cider, or grow them on their farm. This family-run business is also where they also raise cows, who go nuts for the leftover apple pomace that they get as a treat every year after the cider is pressed – which is where the cider brand got its name.</p><p>Vol. 33cl</p>
