Finally, the heart is blended with <em>exceptionally pure water</em> of the Lydwell spring, one of River Thames’ sources. The final product is a very <em>sophisticated interpretation</em> of the classic London Dry Gin style. The recipe is damn near perfect ― which is why they’ve taken a vow to never change it. <em>Lemon Drizzle Gin</em> builds on that<em> delicious foundation</em>, adding sun-dried lemon peels, lemon verbena, and fresh-peeled lemons into the mix.
