<p><p> A legend has it that one day on Lake Garda, while the fishermen were resting, Sirens appeared and offered them a magical potion that brightened their return home.</p><p> Sirene Bitter is a handcrafted golden bitter with clear bitter hints of gentian, rhubarb and dried fruit born from the creativity of Elisa Carta.</p><p> The liqueur is the result of long and passionate research and reinterpretation of ancient recipes of Italian artisanal liqueurs and elixirs.</p><p> Herbs, flowers, fruits and roots are selected for their scents and properties and come from the best crops in the world.</p><p> The aromas of the Botanicals are extracted through long single infusions in water and alcohol, to then be expertly assembled.</p><p> After a long rest in small barrels Sirene Bitter is ready to be bottled without the addition of colourings, preservatives or artificial flavourings.</p><p> Bright coppery gold in color with saffron reflections, the nose is intense and complex with a slightly pungent note, in which rhubarb predominates, followed by notes of Mediterranean fruit and sweet oriental spices, with hints of tamarind and wet wood.</p><p> In the mouth it has a soft and warm attack. Rosehip and Orange Blossoms form the backdrop to the bittering notes of cinchona and gentian.</p><p> Ideal mixed as an aperitif or enjoyed neat at the end of a meal.</p><p> Alcohol content: 23%</p><p> Capacity: 70cl</p></p><p>
