Inspired by the legend of Robin Hood, Locksley creates unique, flavoursome gins that encapsulate the spirit of adventure.The Production MethodSir Robin of Locksley Raspberry and Cardamom Gin begins with a smooth English gin base distilled with botanicals like juniper, coriander and citrus. Locally grown raspberries and whole cardamom pods are then carefully infused to release their vibrant flavours and added to the gin. Other botanicals include juniper, coriander, cassia, angelica, liquorice, pink grapefruit, dandelion and elderflower with the latter two being handpicked in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
