<p>:The colour is a deep golden yellow with a greenish shimmer. The bouquet is rich, remind of citrusfruits, roses, apricots and vanilla. Soil: Light, permeable soil of morainic origin.Vinification:The hand-picked grapes are left to dry on straw in small wooden crates for 5 months.
