The cooler conditions allowed for steady ripening and preservation of delicate flavours with lower potential alcohol.WINEMAKING: The Murtho Grenache was pressed on arrival at the winery for settling and fermentation on light lees. The Grenache and Mataro from Greenock were harvested together and pressed after a little time on skins to enhance colour and flavour development.
