<p>Best poured slightly chilled, this silky soft red has aromas of red berries backed by tangy liquorice and a touch of spices like white pepper that give it a nice lingering complexity. </p><p>Saint-Amour gets its name from Amor, a Roman Legionnaire who took refuge in the area after refusing to fight the Christians.
