<p>ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITES</p><p>A lovely, biodynamically farmed sweet wine from the underrated region of Gascony. In the glass it’s golden yellow in colour, with rich aromas of pineapple and acacia honey. On the palate it opens up with an initial freshness that gives way to a harmonious combination of sweetness and acidity, with complex flavours of tropical fruit as well as more honeyed notes. Share a glass of this with friends in dwindling evening sunshine, or pair with your favourite dessert after it’s gone down.</p><p>Domaine Entras is a family-run estate that produces wines, Armagnacs and mustard, established just after the end of the Second World War. Current owner Michel has worked to reintroduce practices linked to nature in the estate – converting the 29 hectares of vines and 60 hectares of cereal crops to Organic farming in 2017 and then Biodynamic farming in 2021.
