Due to the altitude of the location, the Barbaresco Sorì Tildin is the most elegant, but also the most rounded wine from the three top locations of Gaja. Sorì means top of the hill in the Piedmontese dialect and Tildin was the nickname of Angelo Gaja’s grandmother.</p>
